Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels and can be modified to fit your needs. Hatha yoga is about finding balance between the body and mind, left and right sides of the body, and solar and lunar energies.
Focusing on breathwork, postures, relaxation, & meditation- these classes offer an opportunity to re-ground yourself in your body.

Hatha classes are perfect for beginners. These classes gently induct you into yoga.
If you are a seasoned yogi, this class works as a great unwind.
