Indoor Sound Meditation on the 15th of July
Unfortunately, stormy weather is predicted for this weekend. Join us for an immersive indoor meditation experience in Cranford Community Center! Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, bells and light percussion instruments create healing vibes for enhanced relaxation.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort. If you prefer to sit, we do have chairs there.

We have Yogi Tea, a homemade vegan gluten free snack and bottled water for you.
