Avalon Sound Journey ~ 8-5-25 7:30 pm

Experience total relaxation through vibrational meditation with singing bowls, crystal bells, gongs and light percussion. Different instruments are used each time.

Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit. Yogi tea, bottled water, vegan gluten-free snack are provided to bring you back.

$25 (suggested donation). Proceeds help to maintain the beauty of Hanson Park.
