History of Hole Park - a personal tour

The Barham family has owned Hole Park since 1911 and, as well as this interesting ownership history, Edward Barham has made it his mission to compile the full story of the estate. As part of this quest, he has been searching for and gradually acquiring portraits of the many previous owners. He has in recent months obtained several more important examples and these will be part of his next history talk.


The talk starts at 10.30am and lasts approximately two hours. The ticket price includes coffee/tea beforehand and access to the delights of the 16 acres of gardens afterwards.

With luck, the Wisteria should be in bloom by then and the many delights of the azaleas and rhododendron and the woodland displays.
