Creating Oxytocin States

As part of our Shift Project provision, with thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund we will explore how we can increase our experiences of synchronicity, manifestation, curiosity, awe and flow states, which all help contribute to our personal growth and healing.

Fully funded for Northumberland and North Tyneside residents who have experienced trauma.
12pm - 2.30pm

In this workshop you can explore a few possibilities around the many different levels of intimacy and vulnerability, learn how to invoke oxytocin states, directly experience an actual 4th spacial dimension to witness a magical healing modality and collect together pictures, symbols, words and art to be used at next months vision board workshop.

Following this there will be a relaxing sound bath, so bring and blanket and a pillow for your own comfort.

Much of the content of this workshop will be new to you, so an open mind is desirable.

Bring your own lunch if desired.
