August 7 – Assyrian Martyrs Day

As August 7 approaches, we prepare to commemorate a day of deep significance for the Assyrian people — a day dedicated to remembering the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our faith, nation and identity.

Join us for a special commemoration event on Thursday, August 7th at 7:00 PM at Saint Abdisho Cathedral, as we gather in unity to honour their memory.

This initiative is proudly organised in collaboration with the Assyrian Church of the East and various Assyrian associations in Victoria, bringing our community together in remembrance and pride.
