We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming Primary Teachers & Leader’s Conference, taking place on Wednesday 04 February 2026 at Oxford Island. This event is open to all Primary schools and will be a day of inspiration, collaboration, and practical insight.
Hosted by the Integrated Education Fund and following a successful conference for Nursery Practitioners, this conference will explore how we can shape our settings into “Transformational Spaces”, environments that nurture children’s growth, development, and wellbeing.
The day will feature a programme of workshops and thought-provoking sessions, including:
🎒 Dan McFarland (‘Mr Mc’) – Sharing his insights on the ‘Magic of Outdoor Play’ and how we can transform our practice to support both children’s development and our own wellbeing.
🧩 PlayBoard NI – Offering perspectives on how we can build children’s emotional learning through play in early years education.
🌍 Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE) – Leading a session on implementing an Anti-Bias Approach in practice, with a showcase of practical resources to support inclusive education.
♾️ Autism NI - Building neuro-inclusive classrooms and a culture of inclusion
There will also be dedicated time for networking, allowing practitioners to share best practices and build connections.
A selection of information stands from supporting organisations will be available to explore further resources and opportunities.
