Hybrid Games: Winter Edition

A fast, fun hybrid challenge combining strength and cardio.

Whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to take part in something exciting before Christmas chaos hits, this is the one.

You’ll move through a series of hybrid-style stations — machines, conditioning, functional movements and power elements. It’s challenging, coach-led and suitable for all levels.

This is a solo or doubles challenge. Bring a partner… or go head-to-head with yourself.

⏱ No fixed start time.
All participants will receive their individual time slots the week before the event.

Solo Entry

• £20 standard
• £10 for Rep Room members

Doubles Entry

• £40 standard per pair
• £20 for Rep Room members (per pair)

• A high-energy community event
• A fun way to stay on track before the holidays
• Festive atmosphere (Santa hats encouraged but not required!)
• Photos & videos captured throughout
