9/9 Guided Healing Meditation

Join me for a healing guided meditation with a theme of letting go to align with your highest self spiritually and create a portal of healing and transformation. It is a time to reflect on your goals and achievements, and set new intentions for yourself and mentally prepare for Autumn, New Beginnings and perhaps a little hibernation. Portal days can be important for allowing ourselves time to be still and anchor and integrate all the new frequencies that are flooding our consciousness. We will set intentions to let go of fear, anger, pain and suffering, not only for ourselves but for those who are not heard.

During the meditation you will receive distant healing then a oracle card message for you to take home with you. You will also be sent a guided meditation to listen to for 21 days and enhance your intentions.
