Field Guide Friday: Bring Your Own Field Guide

Join Becca Howe-Parisio, Environmental Educator, on a three-mile, moderate adventure, to look at and identify whatever we see in the Park Preserve. Bring any field guide you may have, and we will use it to find whatever topic it discusses. Field Guide Friday is a monthly program, focusing on different topics as the seasons change. This program is suited for anyone who is old enough to read and is interested in learning how to use a book to identify plants, insects, and more. Participants must bring water and snacks and wear appropriate hiking shoes. Meet at the Sam’s Point Visitor Center.
