Return to the Body: Sacred Dance Ceremony

As the end of the year approaches, we are invited to pause
To take a breath
To soften the noise and return to what is real
The body, the breath, the womb, the self

This 90 minute Sacred Dance Ceremony is a one off, intimate offering
A space to close the year in devotion, movement and feminine embodiment

To move through what the mind cannot name
To shake off what has grown heavy
To honour all that this year has held
The ache, the beauty, the growth, the shedding
And to return to yourself with softness, rhythm and breath

You will be gently guided through:

𓆸 Sacred Dance — a blend of somatic movement, Middle Eastern dance, feminine embodiment and womb connection
𓆸 Breathwork to awaken life force and clear emotional residue
𓆸 Somatic expression to move energy, tension and emotion through the body
𓆸 Womb connection to remember your own inner rhythm, wisdom and power
𓆸 Meditation to integrate, restore and close in stillness

This is a special end of year pop up session
Woven with intention for those who feel the call to return inward with the final breath of the year

A sacred container to honour your body as temple
Your womb as compass
And your feminine essence as the guiding light you carry into the new year

You do not need to be a dancer
You just need a body, a breath and a willingness to feel

Please Bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing for movement and dance
• Yoga mat
• Bolster and/or pillow
• Blanket for meditation

Women of all movement backgrounds, no dance experience needed
This is a sacred return to the body, not a performance class
