Learn to Nordic Walk Workshop

Our 2 hour Learn To Nordic Walk Workshops are run by Karen Ingram (INWA International Trainer) and are run in the beautiful coastal town of Llantwit Major

Following a brief orientation, you'll receive your poles, and we’ll head to Dovecot Field. Karen will guide you through the basics of the INWA 10-Step Method, along with essential uphill and downhill techniques. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have all the skills to begin enjoying Nordic Walking on your own. When you're ready to advance, sign up for our Technique2 workshop. Plus, every participant receives a £10 voucher toward a pair of poles. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore our current range of Nordic Walking Kit and chat with Paula to find your ideal set.

Cost: £35 per person including the use of poles during the workshop.

Llantwit Major is a beautiful seaside town located on the Heritage Coast. We start our walks in the old town passing the historical St Illtyds Church. Our route takes us past the dovecot and down towards the coast along ancient roman paths. We take in the sea views before returning through the old town and square.

If you are new to the area then make time for a coffee in the square after the workshop and a browse in the shops.
