THIS retreat promises to be exceedingly special as it is an all-women's retreat.
We hope to bring you on a journey of movement, nourishment and self-discovery. If you ever feel tired, run-down, overwhelmed or like you are lacking the support you need on your health journey. Then this retreat is for you.If you want some downtime. Where you can relax, learn and recharge with like-minded women. Then this is for you!
We will have Pilates with Physiotherapist Lisa, yoga with Sindy, breathwork and movement play sessions, and beach walks (maybe a swim if you are brave). We will have a food freedom and body acceptance seminar with Gemma from Inspire Wellness, Reiki, Kinesiology and an art therapy session with Jenny and Mel from Live Free Kinesiology.
You will be fed delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals, we will play games, have a laugh and hopefully learn a lot. It is still ion the works, but hopefully we will also have some live entertainment on the Friday night.
Whether you are looking for a meaningful connection, a break from your daily grind or a chance to focus on becoming your most VIVACIOUS self, we have you covered.
