Shamanic visioning or journeying has been used by Shamans since the dawn of time. Through entering an altered state of consciousness with our drums, the Shaman travels into the hidden realms to interact with the helping compassionate spirits, power animals and spirit teachers to seek guidance, healing and divination.
Shamanism teaches that everything that exists is alive and has a Spirit, and that we are all joined together with the Earth and The Cosmos through our spiritual interconnectedness.
However, in this modern world, many people experience disconnection from this web of life, from nature, her cycles and rhythms and this can lead to illness, loss of self and isolation.
Through the practice of Shamanic Visioning, you will learn how to bring harmony , peace and balance into all aspects of your daily life, reconnect to your soul purpose, ignite your creativity…..experience joy and fulfillment through the guidance of helping spirits. Shamanism is the Path of the Heart, the Path of Direct Revelation
This practice is designed to give you direct access to your own spiritual guidance.
This workshop is designed to help you use visioning and journeying in practical everyday life, and is also a precursor to furthering any training you may wish to take in Shamanism.
On this workshop you will be guided through
• How to prepare for the journey
• The shamanic realms
• How to journey to meet your helping spirits and guides.
• How to communicate with your guides
• How to interpret and use the messages you receive from your guides
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced alike.
There will be opportunity for open forum to discuss and exchange our experience.
All you need is an open heart and mind to attend. If you have a drum or rattle please bring with you, if not they will be provided. A mat, blanket and pillow will be required.
