Sunset Sound Bath at Alleghany Outdoors

As the sun drops behind the mountains on Friday, 10/10 you are invited to come experience a Sound Bath on the deck at Alleghany Outdoors.

Sound Baths are a musical experience intended to foster a meditative mind and soothe the nervous system using instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. The deck at Alleghany Outdoors overlooks the Jackson River and the Alleghany mountains, and by this date fall leaf color should be happening. We'll have plenty of space to rest comfortably, whether on a mat or couch. Fire pit and heaters available in case the temps are cool. Warm chai tea will be provided. It will be a relaxing way to end the week and start the weekend.

Sound Bath led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations and will last 1 hour.
