Asian Almond Shrimp
Crispy tail-on shrimp tossed in honey ginger-chili glaze, topped with fresh herbs.

Grilled Italian bread served with a global assortment of spice blends: lemon poppyseed, za'atar, black & white sesame, four pepper & roasted garlic, Moroccan-inspired Marrakesh seasoning, and extra virgin olive oil for dipping.
Course 2
Rotisserie Beef Sirloin
Sliced sirloin tip topped with rich burgundy mushroom glacé, served with sautéed green beans.

Caribbean Grilled Catfish
