Meet Me At The Veil - Breathwork Group

The end of October is when the veil between the spirit world and the physcial world is at its thinnest, making it the perfect time to connect with loving and wise spirits.

Join us as we conenct to loving and wise ancestors through the ancient technique of the 2 step pranayama (or circular breathing).

Together we will create an alter, set intentions, invite the loving, wise, and healed ancestors into the space, and connect with them.

Participants are encouraged to bring small items they would like to place on the alter for the evening. Participants are also welcomed to bring crystals, stones, or oils they would like to use during their breathwork.
