Sacred Rest – Quieting the Monkey Mind and Embracing Sleep as a Spiritual Practice. This is a gentle time for us to pause, to breathe, and to honor something we often take for granted—our sleep.

In many traditions, rest is more than a biological need. It is sacred. It is a gift from God, a time when our bodies heal, our minds restore, and our spirits reconnect. Tonight, we’ll be exploring not just the science of sleep, but also its spirituality—how we can embrace rest as a holy practice.
