Join us for a night of edutainment—where education meets entertainment! This mixer-style event is designed to help you connect with fellow real estate investors while diving into some of the most overlooked (and potentially deal-killing) title issues in real estate. Learn how to spot red flags before closing, structure your deals smarter, and protect your investments—all while enjoying great conversation, drink, and snacks.
This meeting will be different from our usual monthly gatherings. The speaking portion will be shorter (20 – 30 minutes) than the networking time, and instead of a traditional presentation, Sam Sadat will host an engaging interview-style discussion with Christine. It will be highly interactive, with opportunities for the audience to ask questions throughout the conversation—making for a dynamic and valuable experience you won’t want to miss.
Speaker Bio:
Graduating in International Business and Relations, Christine moved to Los Angeles in 1992 and started her banking career at First Interstate Bank, developing key skills in financing and lending. She then transitioned to the credit reporting field with Mortgage Fax, honing her sales expertise. Christine’s success led to a role at Title Land Co., where she quickly became a million-dollar producer. This achievement was replicated at Investors Title Company and later at Chicago Title Company, where she has been a leading figure for 18 years. Driven by a passion to assist people in enhancing their financial situations in the ever-evolving real estate market, Christine has consistently ranked in the top 2% nationally and has been the number one in LA County for most of her career. Known for her vast title knowledge and exceptional client service, she embodies her guiding principles: Service, Rapport, Results.
