"A Moment for You" is a gentle, deeply restorative session combining Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep”) and sound healing, both powerful tools for calming the nervous system, soothing the mind, and restoring your energy.

🧘‍♀️ Whether you're a parent navigating the summer holidays, a teacher on a break, a student with space to breathe, or simply someone needing a reset, this time is for you.
