Coloring mandalas can help relax and energize your mind. It engages both the creative and logical sides of your brain, allowing you to unwind by focusing on the simple act of coloring. The repetitive patterns in mandalas enable you to set aside other thoughts and return your focus to the pattern.

Does all this sound fun, but you think you must be an artist to do it? Well, guess what, you don’t! We will provide coloring tips, colored pencils, markers, pens, and a big box of color palette ideas to get you started.
You will receive three Mandala coloring pages printed on cardstock, one to color and two to take home for later!
Colored pencils, markers, and pens will be available, as well as some non-messy snacks.
