Come along & try out the Ancient Irish Martial Art of Bataireacht Intro to the Doyle family style of \"Irish Stick Fighting\" . The Workshop will be a fun insight into a little history around the art and why it was suppressed in Ireland for many years .Now making a fast comeback all around the world. Great techniques such as strikes , blocks , traps , locks , holds and more makes this a great self defence system whilst practicing in a safe controlled environment.
