FLO Fest was created because we believe that women thrive in connection.
In a world that constantly has us juggling, hustling, and keeping it all together, this is the time to press pause and create a space just for you, no pressure and no expectations.
Here’s what you can expect on the night:
✨ Two raw, relatable panel talks – think hormones, PMDD, perimenopause, self-awareness, neurodiversity and the parts of womanhood we’re often told to keep quiet.
✨ Stories as medicine – women sharing their experiences so you can take what you need and leave the rest.
✨ Interactive stalls & gentle experiences - discover brands and offerings that support women to heal, thrive, and just feel good.
✨ Music, connection & joy – we’ll close the night with a live female DJ and that warm, buzzy feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself.
We believe connection is the heart of empowerment, and FLO Fest is the love letter to that belief.
