Join us for an evening with former book of the month author Alex Hay, and local crime author Natalie Marlow, to celebrate and discuss their latest releases The Queen of Fives and The Red Hollow.
The evening will consist of an interview with Alex and Natalie, and audience Q+A, followed by a book signing. Copies of Alex and Natalie's latest books will be availiable to purchase at the event, as well as copies of their wonderful previous novels The Housekeepers and Needless Alley. Our cafe will be open to serve drinks and snacks from 6pm till 6.30pm prior to the beginning of the talk as you settle in!
With The Queen of Fives, Alex delivers another immersive historical mystery filled with danger and deception, as the most talented con-woman in Victorian London sets her sights on a wealthy duke.
In The Red Hollow, Natalie serves an ecclectic of detective story and Gothic ghosts, ancient folk legends and lingering wartime trauma, delivering an absolutely superb atmospheric crime novel.
