Come hang out, move, and play at our holiday flow jam. Expectlots of Acroyoga, flow arts, and whatever movement magic people bring. This is an open practice space, not a class, but we encourage skill sharing!
At 6pm we'll have a quick opening circle group warm-up, then the night is open!
Flow toys are welcome, just keep it soft and safe. Nothing sharp please. The room has mirrors and a padded floor, so stay aware of your space and the people around you. A few juggling balls and clubs will be provided – please bring more props to share!
👨👨👦👦 All ages are welcome, just keep an eye on your little ones. Everyone joining the jam who hasn't been to one of our classes at this location needs to sign a quick waiver via the link to Feather – save time and do it before arriving.
🔄 $5-10 sliding scale or PWYC – all funds go towards future events. We also gladly accept holiday treats!
🎶 We’re also hoping to add some music. If you or a friend are interested in DJ'ing, reach out!
