Caregiver Support Group

The amazing Brennan Hyer, TCC at Horizon Home Health & Hospice-West, and the outstanding Renee Charron, LMSW at Horizon Home Health & Hospice-West, will be holding FREE Caregiver Support Groups in the ACHC conference room the third Monday of every month at 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Whether you get paid as a caregiver, or you are taking care of a friend or loved one, we recommend coming to this group. This is a great way to get resources and connect with other caregivers in a nonjudgemental environment. We hope to see you there! Don’t forget, your health matters too!

These two wonderful ladies will address the following in each group:
-Caregiving strategies and techniques
-Strengthen your resources
-Gain a knowledge of end-of-life planning
-Assist with Power of Attorney paperwork
-Reduce caregiver stress
-Nonjudgemental environment to share in
