The Big Gathering: A Taste of the Flint Hills

KARL Friends and Fellows - you are invited for an evening of networking, fun, and food!

Our annual gathering this year will be "A Taste of the Flint Hills" and will be held: Saturday, June 7 in Council Grove, Kansas.

- 5:30 p.m. Social (Featuring Live Music from Lora McDonald)
- 6:30 p.m. Dinner (Creekstone steak, sides, dessert)

Optional Pre-Event Experiences! Upon registration, you can select both or either of these opportunities:

- 3:30-4:30: Downtown Council Grove Walking Tour (Free). Learn more about the history of Council Grove, it's place on the Santa Fe Trail and visit multiple landmarks. Tour starts and begins at the Territory Ballroom where our evening banquet is hosted. More info: https://www.councilgrove.com/history

- 4:30-5:30: Learn about local craft beer and have a tasting experience with Riverbank Brewery ($15). Join us at the Territory Ballroom before our main event begins to learn directly from the local Council Grove brewery and sample some of their fresh craft beer.
