Join us for an engaging and informative patient focus group featuring Joel Dougherty, CEO of All Care Health Center. This is a unique opportunity for patients to share their experiences, insights, and suggestions on the services provided by our health center.

As a valued member of our community, your input is crucial in shaping the future of healthcare at All Care Health Center. We want to hear from you! Together, we can enhance the quality of care and services we provide.

All sessions will be held at All Care Health Center, and refreshments will be provided. No registration is required. Participating patients will receive a $25 Walmart gift card as a thank-you for their time and input.
