In this session, Dr. Marjorie Bennett of CORE Physical Therapy will provide an informative talk on women’s pelvic floor health. We’ll explore the pelvic floor’s anatomy, discuss common issues like incontinence, uncover why they occur, and learn practical exercises to restore strength and function. This session is designed to educate, empower, and help women take control of their pelvic health.
