Designed for beginners, this class focuses on building a strong base in the essential techniques and principles of Jiu-Jitsu—like leverage, timing, and positioning. Taught at a slower pace with plenty of detailed instruction and feedback, it’s the ideal environment to grow your skills and boost your confidence on the mat.
