🐾✨ Pilates with Puppies is back – Saturday 31st May ✨🐾
Back by popular demand at Taverham Village Hall, our next Paw Pilates sessions are now open for booking!

These classes are about gentle movement, connection, and feel-good moments, with some playful puppies joining us on the mat. 🧘‍♀️🐶

It’s a low-impact Pilates class, suitable for all levels – the puppies are safe, happy and carefully supervised. We work closely with trusted local breeders who value early socialisation. The pups benefit from a calm, positive environment where they can explore, interact and build confidence.
