Adult Self-Protection - Reepham Primary School

We are excited to offer an Adult Self-Protection &
Awareness course at Reepham Primary School, where you'll
learn essential self-defence skills through the fundamentals of traditional Karate. This 10-week program is designed for all abilities. Our team of highly qualified Black Belt instructors is fully insured, DBS checked, and first aid trained, ensuring a safe and professional experience. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for everyone. Join us and empower yourself with valuable self-protection skills!

Adult Self-Protection & Awareness
Course at Reepham Primary School
will run on a Tuesday from 8pm - 9pm
on the following dates:

6th - 13th - 20th May
3rd - 10th - 17th - 24th June
1st - 8th - 15th July

The course will cover:
• Introduction to Self-Defence
• Situational Awareness
• Prevention Strategies
• Fundamental Defensive Techniques
• Real-Life Self-Defence Scenarios
• Fitness Essentials for Self-Defence

Terms and Conditions

The place on the course is only confirmed when it is paid for. Once the course has started, no refunds will be given for any payments that have been made. If you cancel your
place on the course before the 1st week, or for any reason Martial Arts East have to cancel the course, a full refund will be issued.
