About this Event

Autumn is a transitional season, taking us from the extroverted, fun and fiery summer, into the quiet, inward and downward energy of winter.

Just as the leaves transform in color and gracefully release from the trees, we too are called to let go of what no longer serves, making space for new beginnings as we journey inward.

Join me for a nourishing day of connection, stillness, and seasonal ritual.

Opening Tea Ceremony
Invite presence and intention as we open our hearts to the medicine of the season.

Restorative Yoga and Reiki
Allow your body to be supported, your energy to reset, and your spirit to ground into the rhythms of autumn.

Nourishing Meal
Enjoy a crafted seasonal inspired meal with nourishing fall ingredients, offering a chance to connect in community while honoring the abundance of the harvest.

Group Channeling Session
Receive an individual channeled message from spirt to support you in this new season — offering clarity, guidance, and affirmation for the path ahead.

Alchemy Sound Bath
Bathe in the soothing tones of alchemy crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to help you integrate all that you’ve received and guide you into profound relaxation and energetic realignment.

Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing

Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, tea cermonialist, and alchemy sound healer. She has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.

Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Offerings include 1:1 and group healing sessions, as well as private group sound baths, tea ceremonies, reiki trainings, mentorships + retreats.
