COUPLES COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION CLASS

Do judgementalness criticism blame and shame clog up your relationship? Or maybe things are going great but you are ready to get even better at connecting?

This 4-week small group course will give you the basics of the Compassionate Communication method (aka Nonviolent Communication NVC) a world-renowned transformational model of connecting better with self and others for personal growth conflict resolution and relationship healing. NOT a therapy group; you will work with your partner and share only as you wish with others in the group. Open to all.
