Let Your Feet Do The Talking

Let Your Feet Do The Talking is a running group that welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🚶 Because Reconnection Fitness believes that no matter your pace, we all speak the language of movement 🌍💬

Before we start, everyone sets a 20-minute timer on their phone or watch ⏱️. If you don’t reach the 1-mile mark by the time it goes off, simply turn around and head back. This helps make sure everyone finishes around the same time—and we all get to enjoy brunch together! 🍽️😋

This route is approximately 2 miles (route will be posted here soon)! We'll start at 4-Star Diner, loop through downtown Cortland, and end with a tasty brunch to wrap things up 🍳🥞
