Dance Pop-up: Move with Love

Join Dance/Movement Therapist Meg Perioli for Move with Love: a pop-up adult & child dance series. This is a heart-centered, family-friendly movement class designed to uplift the body, mind, and spirit through intentional music, joyful movement, and self-love practices.

Open to all ages — from little ones to grandparents — this class invites individuals and families to connect, move, and grow together in a supportive, playful environment.

Tuesday, July 15, 12:30 – 1:30 pm

Tuesday, July 29, 5:15 – 6:15 pm

Tuesday, August 5, 12:30 – 1:30 pm

Tuesday, August 19, 5:15 – 6:15 pm

Where: YWCA Wellness Room (2nd floor)

Cost: Pre-registration: $15/pair for members, $17/pair for not-yet-members. Day-of drop-in rate for both members and not-yet-members: $20
