Format--Solo,Teams of 2 or 3 men's women or coed
Racers will get maps,instructions at check in.
Racers will have 4 hours to complete the event on bike and foot and get all or as many checkpoints as they can.
Rules--must have helmet on during the bike and obey traffic laws.
Must have a small pack for water,snacks,tire repair kit,tube and a cell phone.
