Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk & Gong Bath ✨

The winter solstice marks the return of the light after a period of more intense darkness. We invite you to a sacred morning of reflection and renewal - what do you wish to create in this new light? Only that which aligns with your deeper purpose, your soul, can bring long-lasting fulfilment and joy, and labyrinth and sound are gentle yet powerful tools to connect with what really matters to you.

It’s a small event with only five spaces, which is perfect for those you like quieter environments , maybe shared with a few good friends - book early to avoid disappointment!

What to expect

We’ll start with a short introduction to labyrinths followed by a brief meditation on your heart’s desire. Marco will then hold the space with a gentle sound bath as you wait to walk the sacred paths of the Baltic-inspired labyrinth we built in our back garden.

Once everyone is back, a full gong bath awaits you – we will use gongs, Tibetan bowls, rattles and other instruments for you to relax, restore your energy and integrate any insights received during the sacred walk.

No previous experience is needed – bring an open heart, the rest will just flow as you connect with the labyrinth and the sound.

What to bring

- Wear warm clothes and steady shoes for the walk

- A mat, blanket and pillow, if you think you may need them for the gong bath

- Your journal, if you use one (optional)

- We’re a shoe-free house – we recommend you bring non-slip socks

- A water bottle

Gong baths are usually enjoyed lying down, but let us know if you prefer or need to sit as we have a couple of comfy armchairs you can relax in

Doors will open at 10.15 for a prompt 10.30 start. Due to the nature of the event, we won't be able to admit latecomers.

Free parking is available in our drive or directly in front of our house. Please be mindful of our neighbours when arriving and leaving.

Important information

The labyrinth is outdoors and down a gentle slope. You’ll need to negotiate a few steps and uneven grass. This makes this event unsuitable for those with reduced mobility or balance issues.

Please do not attend if you have any of the following conditions: first 3 months of pregnancy, recent bone fractures, cough, cold and/or other flu symptoms, seizures, strong tinnitus, mental health issues, advanced cancer, Meniere's Disease.

By purchasing your tickets, you confirm that you are not affected by the above contraindications, and agree that the organisers are not liable for any injury or harm that you may incur at this event. You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing, and your belongings during the event.

The event will go ahead in all weather conditions. If it’s not possible or you prefer not to walk the labyrinth, you’ll be offered a finger labyrinth instead.
