Sound Healing With Gong & Singing Bowls

Join Amy, from Rise Rooted Wellbeing, for an immersion into the healing power of sound.

The sustained resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

These sound baths explore a variety of instruments including a symphonic gong, Chinese wind gong, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes.

Where comfortable clothing. Bring your own blankets if you would like more layers and a pillow for extra comfort.
