The Gentle Diner is a unique, immersive program designed to help neurodivergent individuals and their families build confidence in real-world dining environments. Through guided exposure, supportive coaching, and sensory-friendly tools, participants are introduced to various restaurant settings—from fast food to sit-down dining—at a comfortable pace.
Each session provides:
A welcoming space to explore new environments
Supportive meal practice based on sensory and dietary needs
Safe food strategies and communication coaching
Peer connection and community support
Reflection time to build confidence and carry skills forward
Our goal is to reduce mealtime stress, foster social growth, and help families enjoy dining out together with ease and joy.
