🌊 Whitecap Beach Yoga — this time, it’s going down at Whitecap Beach! No mirrors, no distractions, just your breath, your body, and the sound of the waves crashing beside you.

This is for the ones who like their yoga a little wild.
For the ones who want sand on their feet, sun on their face, and wind in their hair.

We’ve got something no one else has — a grounding sound bath led by guest healer Erin throughout the yoga practice and meditation! Let the vibrations wash over you as the ocean sets the rhythm.
