Step into the peaceful space of Zaya Yoga as the days stretch long and golden, nearing the height of the sun’s journey. Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided on a calming sound journey—like ripples of light gliding across a quiet, sun-warmed lake.

Alongside the pure tones of crystal bowls, Victoria’s angelic voice, delicate chimes, and grounding gong will create a layered soundscape to relax your body, ease your mind, and open your heart. It’s an invitation to rest, receive, and attune to the luminous energy of the season.

This evening’s meditation, Sunward, gently prepares us for the Summer Solstice—a time to reflect, realign, and move with intention toward what lights you up. As the sun reaches its peak, the vibrations may awaken quiet shifts within you, bringing renewed energy, insight, and grace for the season ahead.
