Description:
Whether you're brand new to quilting or a seasoned stitcher, this class is the perfect introduction (or refresher) to the timeless 9 Patch quilt block. Learn how to measure, cut, piece, and press with precision while creating your own colurful block. The quilting block is a great foundation for future quilting projecs and a fun way to build your skills in a relaxed and supportive setting!
Please bring the following to this class:
- A Sewing Machine in good working order
- 1/4 foot seam measure
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler
- Self Healing mat
- Seam Ripper
- Straight pins or Clips
- Thread Snips
- New Needle size 14 or 16
- Large spool of preferred thread

About the Instructor:
Dani Osborn is a 39-year-old Texas native who began her quilting journey in 2005. Since then, Dani has taken her sewing skills from small projects, to creating beautiful collage quilts. She happily married in 2015 and graduated from South Texas Collage with an associate’s in science for Respiratory Therapy in 2019. A year later, Dani became a proud mother of one and moved to Corpus Christi to be closer to her son’s specialist. She’s become an Avid quilter since her father’s passing three years ago, and spends her time learning, growing, and taking care of her son.
