Are stiff joints, poor balance, or limited mobility keeping you from feeling your best? Our Ageless Mobility Program is designed for men & women 50+ who want to move more easily, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love.
This free introductory class uses a chair for both support and seated movement — making it safe, accessible, and effective. If you can get up and down with light assistance, great! If not, that’s OK too.

YPB has been serving the Coastal Bend for 26 years. Many of our clients come to us struggling with everyday activities due to joint pain or stiffness. This program helps people take the first safe step back into movement — and often sparks a fitness journey that changes their lives.
