Hatha Yoga Level 2

Join Leah for a Hatha Yoga Level 2 yoga class.

Hatha Level 2 refers to an intermediate level of Hatha Yoga practice. In Hatha Yoga, the focus is on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind.

At Level 2, practitioners are expected to have a solid foundation in basic poses and breathing techniques. The class will typically include more advanced variations of asanas, longer holds, and potentially more challenging sequences. There may also be an increased emphasis on alignment, flexibility, strength, and developing mindfulness during the practice.

It is usually recommended for those who have already attended beginner (Level 1) classes or have a certain level of fitness and familiarity with yoga poses.
