Come learn the art of fermentation and take home your own handmade ferment!

Join us for a fun and hands-on class where you’ll learn:
✅ What fermentation is and how it works
✅ The health benefits of fermented foods
✅ Tips for safe, successful ferments at home
✅ How to troubleshoot common issues

Then we’ll get to chopping! You’ll prepare your own mix of vegetables and leave with a 64oz fermenter ready to bubble on your counter.

Includes all ingredients and supplies (just bring a cutting board and knife).
