We work out our bodies, now it’s time to show your face the same love!

Facial yoga is a natural, non-invasive way to:
• Sculpt & lift facial muscles
• Smooth fine lines & reduce puffiness
• Boost circulation & glow
• Relax tension from jaw, brow, and neck
• Create mindful AM/PM self-care rituals

In this 1-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:
• Foundational facial yoga techniques
• Easy morning & evening routines
• How to properly use a jade roller and gua sha (bring your own or borrow at the studio)
