Beach Yoga - Tuesday Mornings at 7:30am

Introducing: Beach Yoga Tuesdays

Starting this summer, I’ll be offering a weekly beach yoga class to reconnect with breath, body, and community—surrounded by the rhythm of the waves.

When: Tuesdays at 7:30 AM (starting 6/3/2025)

Where: Whitecap Beach using the Padre Balli Park entrance and parking behind the Blue Park Bldg - so you don’t have to drive on the sand!

Cost: Donation-based (pay what you can—your presence matters most) - you can pay cash, Zelle, or CashApp.

What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, and anything else that brings you comfort - I will always have some blankets to use and large beach blankets to put your own mat on if you’d like to minimize getting sandy.

Level: All levels welcome
