Join us for the glitz and glam of our Second Annual Pink Diva Style Show - a fabulous fashion runway show, shopping, and luncheon celebrating breast cancer survivors and current warriors including local women who are part of the Pink Diva Project and introducing our newest Diva Class in lead-up to our Pink Diva Ball in January! Your ticket to the Pink Diva Style Show supports a our local non profit Breast Friends of CBWF.
Breast Friends of CBWF provides no-cost breast prostheses and mastectomy bras for women who have undergone a mastectomy due to breast cancer or any breast disease. Breast Friends is the only resource providing this service for women in the Coastal Bend. There is no state or federal funding available for prostheses. Breast Friends is 100% local and solely funded through the community’s generous donations!
Since 2010, Pink Diva Project founders and community advocates, Liana Gonzales and Josh Salinas, have been partnering to honor nominated breast cancer survivors with complimentary makeovers, styling, and professional photo shoots, including one special photo with, what has become, the “Signature Pink Wig.” These photo sessions were designed to shower the survivors with a lavish day reminding them of the gorgeous divas they are! The photos of the honored Divas are unveiled at the annual celebratory ball, a fabulous soiree including dinner, dancing, and silent auction, with friends, family, and Pink Diva Alumni!
