TASTING ITALY. A COMMUNAL COOKING EXPERIENCE

Join us as we explore the rich flavors, time-honored traditions, and regional specialties that define Italian cuisine. Each class in this series delves into a different region, celebrating its unique ingredients, techniques, and stories—one delicious dish at a time.

A Culinary Journey to Tuscany.In this class, we’ll travel to Tuscany and experience the rich, authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine. We’ll start with panzanella, a refreshing and rustic bread salad prepared for you by our chef. For the main course, you’ll learn to make gnudi—delicate ricotta dumplings that are a true Tuscan specialty. You will work side by side with our chef to perfect this dish. The evening concludes with a chef-prepared almond semifreddo, a light and elegant dessert.

To complement the meal, we’ll serve two carefully selected wines from Tuscany.

Welcome drink, appetizer + glass of wine, cooking class to make the main dish, second glass of wine for the main dish, dessert. Additional drinks available for purchase at our bar.
